Palace Hotel & Spa is responsible for the data collected, which is processed both computer and manually. To ensure the security of your data we treat the information you provide absolutely confidentially in accordance with our internal security and confidentiality policies and procedures, and do not share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

If you are not satisfied with the way we handle the data you have provided, you can complain to the supervisory authority - the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.

WHO CAN YOU CONTACT TO ACCESS, RECTIFY OR DELETE THE DATA?

Our customers and visitors have different privacy concerns and can at any time review, update and decide what kind of data they wish to have stored. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS

Under Law No. 34/2013 of 16 May and Ordinance No. 273/2012 of 20 August our hotel unit may proceed, for the protection of visitors, to closed circuit television surveillance. The possible surveillance cameras are located in a clearly visible place, in the areas under surveillance.
